Inner Mongolian Guangxun Culture Media Ltd. was just registered in the beginning of the year2011. In the recent years, the field of mass media has been developing fast, but the resource of advertisements is more and more rare. Guangxun Culture Media Ltd. has got the right of management of three parts of media resources in the buses of Hohhot after investing in Hohhot Bus Intelligent Transportation System. The three parts are2700LCD TV sets inside the buses,1350LED electronic screens outside the buses and8100organic boards inside the buses. The serviceable years of the three parts of media resources are11years. How to use the media resource in the company and survive and develop in the recent all kind of fierce competitive environment in the field of mass media are the questions which are put in the front of the founders of the company. As one of the new company, this company is facing a lot of opportunities and challenges. If we want establish the company in an unassailable position, at first we must choose our own developing strategies which are suitable for ourselves in the level of tactics and choose effective and scientific measures to carry out our strategies, which are the most important now. This essay is studying the question of the commercial logic in the project.At first, this essay is in the view of the macro factors of the field of Media, such as the developing trend, status in quo of the field and development bottleneck and the micro factors, such as the technology and fund in Inner Mongolian Guangxun Culture Media Ltd. and external chances and threatening and interior advantages and disadvantages of the company are clearly explained, clarifying the developing strategies of the company under the way of SWOT. And then, in the essay, the target consumers of the company are analyzed, and the appointed segment market is evaluating under the basic elements and steps of this market and the proper market developing mode of the company is chosen. If the strategies cannot be carried out, it is a waste of paper, so at last the detailed marketing strategies and the correlative measures for the controlling and ensuring of strategy enforcement are designed for the company.
