A Project Management Research On Smart City Of Gan Su Chinamobile

The improvement of industrial level,the development of new information technology,and the expansion of the population have accelerated the urbanization process,but at the same time the "city disease" phenomenon appeared.With the development of Internet technology in recent years,new techniques like the Internet of things,big data and cloud computing,provide a good technical basi for smart city process.The "Internet +" policy also provides policy support to push the smart city process.Baiyin has working on creating an information consumption city since 2013,has taken information as an important measure to promote the development of city economic and social transformation.The construction of Smart City can refine the city management,serve the people more convenient,promote transformation and upgrading of industry.Baiyin has commissioned Gansu Mobile to accomplish the Smart City Project to realize the industrial transformation,best smart city in West China,great leaps on city management.This article takes the smart city project of Baiyin for an example,we summarize the background and significance of this project,and the project management theory in the first two chapters;The following three chapters are about the project's design,construction plan,project management;The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect,we hope this article can provide a frame of reference for similar projects to implement smoothly.
