Given the socialist market economy system has built and completed gradually.Radio, a traditional media, faces increasing pressure of surviving under the fiercecompetitive market. The developing digital technology and the Internet savvy are notonly opportunities but also challenges to radio industry. Based on corporations’management strategy, this article discusses the future strategy of the Hebei broadcastingstation which follows the changes of technology, and the recommendation will be givenin the end. Through setting the developing strategy and tactics, not only does this articleoffer the blueprint and reference to Hebei broadcasting station but also to the wholeindustry.First, the basic introduction of radio industry is unfolded. Second, the PEST analysis,Porter five forces, and SWOT analysis are used to find the problems and summarize theexperience among this station. Furthermore, combined the external context, nationalmacro-economy and industry environment, and internal context, its own resources andcompetency together, it is confirmed that Hebei broadcast station should takedifferentiation strategy. Given the strategic changes this station has made, in short-term,used both centralized management and horizontal centralized management should be themain strategy, while, in the long-term, the relative diversification is more appropriate. Inconclusion, this article emphasizes the suggestion how to implement these strategieswhich ensures the goal of this station can be achieved.
