With the step-by-step improving of the socialist market economy system,and the further promoting of the reform in newspaper industry and the Institution made by the government, most of the education journals, which used to be in the government-owned institution system, the operating of which has been starting to fall into the hot water. The Z Magazine House, which is this article about, turns out to be a typical example. How to get out of the tight spot, having a keep hold and then to develop, has become the No.1 big thing of the Z Magazine House and any other publishing houses else which also find themselves in the same position.The research topic of this article is the strategy for development and implementation plans of the Z Magazine House. Based on the particular case of the Z Magazine House, this article performs a comprehensive analysis, applies the strategic management research tools into reality, and does a thorough study on the development strategy of Z Magazine House, creates a plan for next-five-years development, and even delivers different Strategic Priorities for different stages of development to Z Magazine House in next five years. Last but not least, It tries to establish a series of detailed implementation plan for Z Magazine House, and analyzes both the key points and difficult problems in this strategy, offers a solution, and seek to provide a new thread and some theoretical references to enterprise managers.
