Question Answer System is a new information retrieval system, which is proposed against the drawbacks of traditional search engine. For example the returned information of traditional search engine is redundant and not accurate enough. Question Answer System Based on Knowledge Base to retrieve the answers of certain questions is more convenient, fast and accurate. In recent years, ontology has been a great concern in some areas including artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering and the application of ontology is very broad. It is better to express the essential relationships between knowledge and more reasonable to organize the knowledge and reduce the redundancy that ontology is selected as the form of storage, but also that will benefit the semantic answer extraction.Ontology is used to describe the formal description of shared concepts, but in real applications, the vast majority of knowledge is vague, implicit and not quite clear in unstructured documents and brain activity. For ontology construction is concerned, difficulty is how to make implicit knowledge explicit, that is how to find all the potential relationships between concepts to build ontology. In a purely artificial construction process, ontology editing tool is used to complete the encode of ontology through manually enter the elements one by one. Obviously, when the ontology has much knowledge to build, there are a lot of duplication of effort, poor portability, and low efficiency and so on in a purely artificial construction process.Based on what has been discussed above, a semi-automatic ontology construction method based on Formal Concept Analysis, FCA and Jena is proposed to services Field Question Answer System Based on Knowledge Base. Specifically, the work of this paper includes the following features:1. The research of ontology theory and the core issues of automatic construction of ontology.First, the theory of ontology is analyzed, including:the basic concepts of ontology, modeling primitives, ontology classification and the current hot issues of ontology research. Second, current ontology automatic construction tools are introduced and the in-depth study of core issues of automatic construction of domain ontology is emphasized, including the field concept learning, relationships mining and ontology formal representation. Then A new ontology construction method based on FCA and Jena is proposed.2. The research of ontology model construction method based on FCAFirst, the theory of FCA is introduced, including:formal context, concept lattice theory and construction algorithm, and ontology construction method based on FCA is in In-depth discussion. For the ontology construction of domain knowledge base, this paper present an algorithm of concept lattice construction based on batch building and an domain ontology construction method based on FCA (DOCFCA) and Yunnan tourism ontology is builded based on DOCFCA as an instance to describe the details of the process of DOCFCA.3. The research of formal representation of domain ontology and reasoning query based on Jena.In-depth study of Jena framework is made, including:the description of details of Jena encoding API. And an ontology encode algorithm based on Jena is proposed, then analyze ontology inference engine to study how to test the knowledge consistency and expand the domain reasoning rules based on Jena reasoning engine. Finally, domain ontology model formal representation and reasoning query is realized based on Jena.
