Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Office Automation System Based On Agent

In the last few decades as IT the rapid development,big changes have taken place especially in computer technology,network communication technology,security technology and automation technology,also has the extent of office automation(OA)been a very large increase.Office automation(OA)is one of the most popular applications used by the managers and employees,for the main daily operation and management of the organization-oriented.The length of life cycle of the newly developed OA system,the efficiency of utiliazation closely related to the design of OA system model.Therefore,programming suitable new OA system model with the combination of existing technique and new OA system becomes the main subject of the study.OA system has important economic and practical value for sustainable development of enterprise,and it can not only improve the working efficiency of the enterprise,and reduce business costs,but also can make enterprise management more standardized and scientific.Enterprise OA system is provided the background for this thesis,and the integration framework of ThinkPHP is applied in the system development,and reduce the coupling degree between each layer of the system,and improve the reusability and development efficiency of component.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of office automation systems and current research status of office automation system,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of popular office automation system,lay the foundation for the following system requirements.Secondly,the way to solve the office automation system work together,office automation system discussed in this paper uses Agent technology designed in a way.Based on the characteristics of Agent technology,the OA system is based on the task group,Agent,collaborative work environment elements designed to improve the relationship between task structure and module OA system can effectively work together to solve the problems of the system.Again,the design details of Agent Technology Office System,system development using PHP language,focusing on ThinkPHP framework based on the detailed design of the system,including system design rights,the framework design,the other describes the detailed functional office OA system design,database design and system analyzes.Finally,based on the system requirements and design analysis and this study ThinkPHP technology office automation system was implemented part of the system introduced to achieve functional renderings,and the system has been tested to work.After tests showed that this study Office Automation system Based on Agent technology is stable,reliable,and effective.
