Application Research Of Agent-Enhanced Workflow Technology In Hospital Office Automation

With the development of communication technology and networking technology, office automation of enterprises becomes a key part of business management. Under the new situation that corporations' application environment, application range and business are constantly changing. The requirements for office automation no longer remain in daily repetitive office work, how to share information, how to implement a collaborative work among departments or even enterprises and flexible management in office automation became the new issues facing in the field of office automation.Workflow technology provides a complete framework of model analysis, building, management, analysis to run for enterprise business process. It also provides method and software support for the realization of office automation. Workflow management system provides a technical environment and platform for standardization and high-efficiency of business management processes. At the same time due to the rapid development and maturing of artificial intelligence technology, it is used in more and more computer fields. This paper researches the technology of workflow and agent, according to the reference model of the workflow which workflow management coalition brought out, proposed agent-enhanced workflow management system. The architecture of agent-enhanced workflow management system is divided into four layers: data layer, agent layer, workflow layer and application layer. Its effect and application process is analyzed, and on the basis of the architecture, process definition, scheduling mechanism of workflow and execution of the workflow process are designed in detail.This thesis according to the specific needs of hospital office automatic system, applying the above theoretical model to the actual system. A specific workflow design scheme of workflow management system is proposed. According to the above theoretical model, workflow process definition & deploy, process scheduling and execution are implemented. Implementation method of rollback, check and other special process models of workflow is proposed, and this workflow management system can support complex processes and satisfy the various needs of hospital business processes.
