The Monitor And Control System Design Of Intergrated Mobile-Network Of Shanxi Unicom

The target of mobile communication comprehensive network system is supplying the integrative solution for operation management which is used in multi-suppliers, multi-technology, voice-based network, next generation multi-suppliers, multi-technology, data traffic-based network. Network management system realizes centralized maintenance. The article is making the research, design and realization of network monitory system subcomponents function.The author mainly do the following:1. Rise up the requirements of network construction and reconstruction, according to the trend of network construction and application in mobile service, as well as the current situation analysis in Shanxi.2. Supply the detail directions in order to offer a theoretical basis for formulating and implementation network management design plan, according to the design purpose, design principle, system structure and system features.3. Give a detail function requirement analysis of subcomponents of network monitoring, including topology management, configuration management, resource management, performance management and wireless cell analysis management, according to the network monitoring requirement standard in provincial level and combining the daily maintenance experience.4. According to the function requirement, we completed the research and design about sub-module, user interface and data analysis applications, which related to topology management, configuration management, resource management, performance management and wireless cell analysis management. And it was already in wide use.5. The article gives a common definition through the analysis of english definition of CORBA and its application in many fields.According to the SGIP defined in internal specification of China Unicom, the interface link function of CORBA, and the process flowchart, this paper accomplishs an alarm mornitoring systerm based on CORBA interface, and inform the maintenance workers of link alarm messages timely by SMS prompting methods.
