In China, the major mobile operators are China mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. Since 2013, a new rise of many other mobile operators, such as the Tower company. This project comes from the network management system of telecom network management system in Heilongjiang Province, China Telecom. The system is based on B/S architecture, can be customized according to the needs of simple and fast, unified management of Heilongjiang Telecom Branch under the jurisdiction of the platform. To all of the platforms including the terminal, middleware, database, etc.In this paper, the requirements and technical feasibility of the network monitoring subsystem of the telecommunication network management system are analyzed. According to customer requirements using B/S structure. In order to cross the system, use the Java language. Using the SSH framework to complete the background development. Use JSP and HTML to complete the front page display, JS and CSS as the auxiliary tool for the page display, form submission and other use of JSON. The development environment is completed in Windows Xp and Windows7. The IDE(Integrated-Development-Environment) is using My Eclipse8.5, the middleware is Tomcat5.5. Database using Oracle, because Oracle has the characteristics of the transaction. Using the form of Active-Standby in order to reduce the error rate of the database.The main content of this paper is divided into three major modules: topology automatic discovery module, process management module and alarm manage ment module.Topology automatic discovery module is using SNMP protocol and the "and" operation algorithm in network to gather the router IP and routing information table for acquisition and operation, when the computing results was different with the last results, it is meaning there is a new device or IP access, then show the router name, by the operation and maintenance personnel to confirm the legality of the device. Process monitor is to monitor the operation of the device, each process has one or more processes at the same time, we can not detect the business is normal, only through the monitoring process to achieve the business monitoring. Alarm management, just as its name implies, Manage all alarms which will be send, corresponding alarm to the corresponding platform responsible person, to ensure the timely delivery of the alarm, in order to achieve a timely solution to the failure, thus ensuring the normal operation of the platform terminal and business.After the completion of the project, the project is completed before the project, the integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and in the end of the customer to provide the final test and performance test, to ensure that the system meets customer requirements, to achieve the needs of all the functional requirements. Some performance requirements need to be adjusted in actual operation. Now the system has been on the line.
