As the era of knowledge-based economy is coming, the network education has aroused more extensive attention. The development of the network teaching system has become a hot spot in research. Although the research on network teaching system has got series of achievements, there are some problems. For example, there are many types of network teaching and curriculum resource management platform, the presentation of the contents is too unitary, the on-line teaching activity is deficient, the teacher and students interact insufficiently and so on. This article carries on the thorough analysis and research on the problems such as the importance of interactive network teaching system, the learning environment establishment and the appraisal and monitoring to students'learning process. Its main task manifests in the following:1.Based on the social constructionism learning theory, taking such technical means as Moodle, SCORM, the paper is independently responsible for the design and realization of the whole network teaching system. It also takes"Electronic commerce Foundation", a network course, for example, the network teaching and the traditional classroom instruction confirm that there's no remarkable difference between them.2. Uses the SCORM standard and SN characteristics in SCORM in 2004 standard, and by revising the open source code and second development, to assure that it's suitable for the school and provides an economic and practical network platform construction plan.3. Uses the LDAP distributional unification account number authentication mechanism, take Open LDAP as the overhead construction, the conformity network studies the platform and other campus network application services account number management, and strengthen network environment safety mechanism.
