Applied Research On Postal Enterprises Staff Training Based On Open Source Platform Moodle

In 21st century, Along with the emergence of globalization, informatization and the Knowledge-based Economy, The styles of producing, living, working, and learning are all changing rapidly. The developing of Internet, distance education, E-learning and open source software has laid concrete foundation for an information society. Now, many enterprises are constructing web-based learning platform to enhance knowledge management and competitiveness, which leads it to go deep into people's minds the spirit of "open, equal, cooperative and sharing".In accordance with the staff training in postal enterprises, the development of Internet and open source code trend, the thesis tried to research into the design and application of enterprise training curriculums, with an eye to set up a new web-based training environment for working and studying, communicating and cooperating, knowledge creating, releasing and sharing.The thesis first introduced open source code trend and its application in educational field, and some basic theories on distance education, E-learning and enterprise staff training. Then on the basis of contrasting present web learning platforms, the thesis selected web teaching platform Moodle to carry through systematic analysis, design and actualization to construct a training curriculum and analyzed its function in detail.
