In the TFT-LCD manufacture, module assembly is labor-intensive. Therefore, the rapid developing and enormous potential display screen market attracts almost all the TFT-LCD panel manufacturers to transfer their assemblage of LCD panel to China. If aspiring to protrude among the competitors, you should provide the products and service with excellent quality to the customers on time with the most competitive cost. It'll optimize the test process in the making of TFT-LCD in terms of cost and punctuality in this thesis.First, on the basic of the structure of liquid crystal display, we divide module process into JI process and MA process. And according to the size and cost of display screen, we design the module process of TV product line and monitor,notebook product line to the automatic line and manual Line respectively.Second, on the basic of original test station design, in order to promote company productivity and reduce the labor costs, we use industrial engineering "ECRS" four principles to optimize the test station in module process. Considering the differences between the designs of MA manual line and automatic line, In this paper, aiming at MA manual line , There are two main improvements, one is to combine Assembly test detection sites with assemblage operations, which can enhance 28% productivity of this process;The other is to combine Final Display with Final Visual, which can enhance 109% of the FI productivity; Then aiming at MA automatic line, to realize Assembly test automatization. There are 7 automatic lines and according to computation 42 persons can be reduced.Last, considering the core concept of using the most economical cost to create higher profits in enterprise, we also optimize test pattern: Delete the repeated and low utilized pattern; Create the more efficiency one, through the actural operation to show its optimality. From this paper we can learn that it's important for MA assemblage automatic lines to optimize pattern. Because of the restriction of automatic line machine itself, we can't merge into the combination of Final Display and Final visual, so optimizing the pattern to shorten the inspection time and reduce manpower.
