L7 Keypad Board Test System Develop

GSM is a global wireless mobile communication system .We know that GSM system use both TDMA and FDMA technology. It is a most wide-ranging using in the world. With the mobile communication field develop, GSM technology is known bymost of people. The mobile phone is the basic tools in the mobile communication, it is consisted of by a lot of function parts not only receiving & transmitting. The mobile phone L7 is one GSM phone, I take the project for develop a keypad test system that will be used on the production line in our factory.At first it is information received from customer analyzing and working out test plan. After that setup testing method and write down test items; take out test station structure, select PLC and confirm PLC circuit; Work out test platform and program on PC side, coding some test program; at last, arrange test experiments for qualify test station; analyze experiment data, after pass experiment, communicated with customer on the test solution. At present, the solution already passed customer qualify, and have been using in production line. Long time running of the measurement system has proved the efficacy of the methods used in this project. At the same time, the method can also be used in other similar measurement system.
