This thesis is written on the background of Canada subsidiary company CRM project implementation of a large manufacturing enterprise. According to the ASAP roadmap, firstly it analyses the character of the SAP CRM system and the advantage of managing the customer of large-scale enterprise and particularly expatiates the whole implementation process of the CRM system implementation with the enterprise instance. It introduces the system architecture and the development environment, and then specifically analyses the design and implementation of the Service Management Module. Lastly it introduces the testing task and the preparation task after the development. For the Service Management Module, it particularly expatiates the module function, the process design and the function realization, researches the Claim process of this module, and then introduces the specific process and realization of the Claim. At the same time, it introduces the new technology in the development process.At present, the system has been applied successfully. The enterprise can make marketing campaigns on the Internet, and it provides a convenient sales platform for the company and ensures that provides good after service for the customers. At the same time, the project also has implemented the integration of the CRM and the ERP system that the enterprise has used. The SAP system implementation roadmap and the implementation process in this thesis can be provided for the other company who want to implement the CRM system.
