The development of IT is affecting human production and life style, people have deal business and trade activities on the websites. However, one of the problems which prevent the rapid development of E-commerce website is the website don't provide a good shopping experience for the users: customers have worried about they shop on the website, and the complex and tedious operation and process make the user not to complete the shopping.User experience study is the most effective way to solve these problems. In this study, we choose two of China's most influential e-commerce website-Ebay and Taobao, analyze and evaluate the initial shopping experience process of users in both websites: We use task analysis method to analyze the website function and concept, the operation process of users, and the interaction behavior of the user on the website. We use questionnaire method to understand the present usage of E-commerce and the reason why people refuse online shopping; and we use user testing to find the real problems which affect users' shopping experience; and the satisfaction questionnaires method is used to measure users' evaluation for their initial shopping experience process.Through the analysis and evaluation, We found that the main reason which impact on customers' initial purchase decision directly is the websites don't provide enough functions to meet the users' need, and the effective transfer and expression of the concept is another reason; The discontinuous shopping process and some high-intensity interactive behavior will influence the second purchase decisions of users; And the visual and emotional impact may affect the users' loyalty.A usable, useful and desirous shopping website must meet the following there conditions: in the functional level, the website have to provide the necessary and advanced control mechanisms; and in the interactive layer, the concept and the function must be transferred and expressed effectively, and the operating process must be continuous and hidden; And the website must have the capability in the instinctive, experience, and emotion impact on the level of impact.
