The whole society production has been greatly changed with the development of the technology, especially the Internet/Intranet, at the same time, it brings new challenge to supervisors of the manufacturing. Whether the inner production management of the manufacturing is modernization or not, which determines the enterprise survival and development in the market compete. MRPII (Material Requirement Plan II) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Plan) are the modern computer-manufacturing mode, namely they are the outcome of the computer manufacturing idea and the society production mode that have taken place great changes. This thesis study the key problem of the production management,namely the design and the exploiture of production schedule management, which based on the ERP/ MRPII idea, founded on the Web technology and aimed at the mechanical product, It has great practical meaning and the social economy value, also it holds the balance in the ERP/ MRPII system.The system bases on the Web, uses JCP/IP^ HTTP as its transport protocol. By means of explorer, Client can visits Web Server and the back Database Server connected with the Web Server. The Microsoft's IIS is chose as Web Server, and SQL Server?.0 is used as back Database Server.The thesis studies the production plan system of mechanical product based on Web, which is alternant Web application. The system automatically completes production planning by means of mechanical product BOM data and other product required data. The user can query production planning data in virtue of Explorer, for example, main production schedule(MPS) ^ material requirement plan(MRP^ material cost and so on, in according to the variety of basal data ,the system even automatically completes regulative calculation of production planning.The thesis discusses and exploits software techqique under the Web technology, which can automatically workout production schedule aimed at mechanical product. Under the Web circumstance, It can increase the efficiency of utilization, keep the basal data consistency and easy to maintenance, optimize complicated production process, which is the emphases and the difficulty of this production plan system.
