With reforming of college personnel institution, different functional departments are reorganized, and resources are reassigned to optimize the functions of personnel management. This process urgently demands a Electronic Human Resource (EHR) management system to provide technical support.This paper is about Guizhou University Human Resources Management System. It is based on the new mode of college personnel management, which integrating and optimizing the traditional approaches of personnel management in Guizhou University. The system is developed using object oriented analysis and design methods, and in a B/S and C/S mixture model. The new system can facilitate the definition and assignment of roles, resources, extent of authority and other management elements, and improve the human resources management of Guizhou University which is established by the merger of a number of schools. And the system security is protected by passwords, login control, and access control. The system makes information flow more smoothly through networking, data sharing, upward-compatible. In addition, it is easy to use and user friendly. The system is expected to lay a good foundation for reforming the personnel system of Guizhou University.
