Geological disasters including mountain avalanche, landslide, mud-rock flow, fall of ground, crack, surface subsidence and geological function related disasters which harm peoples' life and property security initiated by natural factor or artificial active. Our country is one of the countries that the geological disasters are very serious in the world. There are many types of geological disasters with high frequencies, big intensity, strong continuity and abrupt, broad distributed region and serious disaster loses in our country. By carrying on the scientific management to the geological disaster material in order to guarantee the integrity and current situation of each kind of material, the geological disasters database and the geological disasters management information system can fast accurately inquire, retrieve, statistics and output each kind of information for the purpose of taking measures against natural disasters and servicing the social economy construction. The set up and movement of the geological disasters management information system can manage the geological disaster space information and effectively use the attribute information of the geological disasters, and take measures against natural disasters, reduce disasters and then service the social economy construction. It also can generate the huge economic and social efficiency.I am responsible for the Shandong Province geology disaster data management and the issue system establishment, mainly participated in the geological disaster space and time analysis model and the geological disaster area delimits the spatial analysis model the design.The model storehouse system of the geological disasters mainly uses in saving and managing each kind of the geological disasters, so users can solve the problem of the geological disasters of different situation. By simultaneously using, we can forecast and appraise the possibility and the development change tendency of the erupts of the geological disasters from multi- angles and multi- ways. Thus we achieve the goal of the effective preventing and controlling. Therefore, the advance or not of the function of the decision-making support system is playing a very important role, it is the core content of the system. This model storehouse system is composed of seven parts, i.e., the model storehouse, the attribute dictionary, the storehouse structure foundation system, the storehouse structure edition system, the model maintenance system, the model inquiry and the model movement system. Its function, not only has the good memory, moreover it can fast revise and renew the storehouse structure and the model entity according to the need. In addition, it also can make the users conveniently inquire, read and operate the model.The area delimits the spatial analysis model system is specially designed for taking analysis of the geological disasters space, it is the applied analysis system of this system. For the complexity of the appraisal of the geological disasters area delimits, it is impossible to establish a unified model evaluation criteria, only can establish the corresponding synthesis appraisal model based on the different goal. From this angle, the system provided an general geological disaster area to delimit the appraisal model system, according to own needed to carry on the model design by the user, the system provides the standard algorithm to complete the synthesis appraisal process. The system provides one kind of model establishment the template, provides for the user based on the graph storehouse and the database specialized modeling and the operation contact surface, designs, module and so on model operation including the model.The geological disaster investigation is an extremely complex work, in the investigation using one method often with difficulty is effective, generally uses the comprehensive geophysical survey and searches the method to be able to solve the problem. Take GIS as the platform development geology disaster data management and the issue system, realizes investigates the geological background material and the physical prospecting material spatial data and the attribute data union operation to the geological disaster, thus realizes to the spatial object space and the non- spatial information inquiry, the management, the realization physical prospecting data integrated interpretation and the physical prospecting geologic map demonstration not only is feasible also has the very strong practical significance.
