At present, China telecom enterprise's dependence on information center is more and more big. However, due to the influence of various factors, small to general hardware failure, big to regional natural disasters, they all might cause the whole information center, resulting in overall paralyzed operation pause. Therefore telecom enterprise urgent need to build up information disaster recovery center to ensure application system data security and business continuity. After the finishing of the Disaster Recovery Center's construction, once the working Data Center take place a disaster or system is damaged, the Date Center is not working, then the Disaster Recovery Center can take over the Data Center, maintain the delivery of products and services, avoid bigger losses.At first, this thesis research three aspects: data synchronization, application switching, disaster recovery network. In data synchronization aspects, Evaluate the following four disaster recovery solution: Data Guard,GoldenGat,IBM PPRC-XD,EMC SRDF/A, and according to their respective advantages and disadvantages of the study concludes. Consider the data security and not lose of telecom enterprises is the most important, Therefore recommend using IBM PPRC-XD,EMC SRDF/A stored data synchronization. In application switching aspect, through the research DNS technology, configuration database domain connection , simplified disaster recovery switching operation, improve disaster recovery switching speed; and through the server processing power demand analysis model, determining the configuration needs of host in disaster recovery center. In network aspect, Studied according to different situations from four aspects: metro data network, storage networks, hall access network, other interface networkLater, give a real example of shanghai mobile information disaster recovery center construction. Through the analysis of shanghai mobile information center actual circumstance, formulate appropriate recovery time object (RTO) and recovery point object (RPO), considering the stability and validity of disaster recovery system running, quickness and timeliness of application system switching, design the construction goal and plan of the shanghai mobile information disaster recovery center. According to the research results before, choose EMC SRDF/A completed the data synchronization between disaster recovery center and production center. In view of the different disaster situation, set up six sets of tolerant center running scheme. Finally, After completing the construction of disaster recovery center, Through the drill of the disaster recovery switching, confirm disaster recovery center to reach recovery time object (RTO) and recovery point object (RPO) of the design requires.
