The Design And Implemetation Of The Course Scheduling Subsystem Concerning Teaching Management System In The Higher Vocational Schools

College Teaching Management System is the basis and key of Higher Education modern information management, from the traditional manual to automating and netwoking of information management, teaching administration is imperative. Currently, many colleges and universities have established campus network, therefore, to develop a network management system under the actual situation of college teaching administration is very necessary.On the other hand, Along with the continual implementation of National College Credit System Reform, new functional requirements was proposed to the Teaching Management System, the Course Scheduling Subsystem,as an important part of Teaching Management System, is more difficult to achieve under the conditions of the credit system. After detailed analysis on the old college teaching management system, I used structural method and rapid prototyping method to develope a Network Teaching Management System suitable for the actual situation of our college under the Credit System. This paper introduces the Functional modules's design of the Teaching Management System , focuses on the Analysis,Design and Implementation of Course Scheduling subsystem under the environment of Credit System.we use B/S model to act as a development program for this system, In this system,Web server is Windows 2003 Server plus IIS, database server is Microsoft SQL Server 2000, we use ASP and Dreamweaver as a client development tools, we also use Microsoft Visio 2003,Microsoft Project2003 as CASE tools.
