| The teaching management system plays an important role in higher education. With the deepening of higher education reform and the further modernization of educational management, to adapt to the fact that the enrollment in higher education has been increasing year by year, to perfect the credit-based management mode, to make it possible for the students to learn and plan their learning schedules independently, to meet the need of automation and standardization of the teaching management, to release the working intensity of the education administrators, and to improve their working efficiency, it has become an inevitable trend to adopt the advanced and scientific managing—modernized and comprehensive teaching management system. Only by utilizing it can the instruction and administration be quicker, more convenient and more efficient, aiming to a more scientific, modern, regulated and standarded level. Also, it could enable to exert the advantages of the credit-based system to its maximum such as accomplishing the classified management and increasing the quality of talents cultivation.Recent years have witnessed the expanding and innovation of the school context. The original C/S system does not meet the current demand and development.
