| Educational administration management is one of the key works in daily management. The scientific and standardized management, information technology and automated management ways will have a far and deep impact on the development of school.This paper researches and develops the Educational Administration Management System based on web to meet the need of educational administration management of Xi'an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute. And mainly fulfills the function which daily managements need. The following researches are researches:1.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Management Information System (MIS) in Client/Serrver(C/S) and Browser/Server(B/S) mode, we developed the Educational Management Information System (IEMIS) on the basic of the combination of C/S and B/S.2.We analyze the need of system, and finish designing, coding and testing by using the traditional structure way. And the system mainly completes the detailed designing, coding and test of the main mold pieces that include the educational plan management, the classes arranging management, the courses selecting management, the teachers' management, and teaching quality evaluation etc.3.We design the concept of system, logic and physical database witch are based on SQL Server2000 database.4.We establish the class arrangement model and solve the problem of class arrangement in the class arrangement sub-system.Because the school is in the period of development and reform, educational administration management is still in exploring, credit system reform is far from the desired objectives, and from school year credit to complete credit is still advanced in management. So in developing the system, we try to avoid the problems which are taken by model changing.By using this system, faulty can not only reduce the workload, but also release from the complicated and routine works to do some research further which lies the foundation for the school development. |
