The Design And Realization Of Teaching Materials Management System Based On The Credit System

The implementation of the credit system objectively requires students to have more autonomy in learning. Students can attend courses to their own interests. This mode of education to a large extent changed the original teaching methods, which consider a class as an administrative unit. Meanwhile it also makes materials management becomes increasingly complex and more difficult.Materials management, as an important part of the teaching management in colleges and universities, has always been lagging behind other administrative works. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of teaching material management of some Nanchang College, then point out the existing problems. Combining the current actual situation of the school teaching reform, this topic put forward a scientific evaluation method in materials management, and establishes a teaching material management information system based on the credit system with the function of evaluation.Conducted a full analysis of the system, this topic takes JSP+SQL Server 2000+MyEclipse as the system development tools. By Obeying Struts 2 and Hibernate J2EE solutions and following the management information system more popular structured system analysis and the design method, this paper translates the traditional manual management workflow and new demands made to adapt the credit system into information technology and management science. Finally, all users'needs such as textbook purchase, review, distribution, evaluation and order reports, fee enquiry have been achieved. And the goals of reducing management costs, improving management efficiencies, optimizing the teaching material quality, meeting the credit reform also have been achieved.
