With the vigorous development of China's real estate market, State macro-control requirements of the real estate industry continue to increase. Governments at all levels of the real estate industry's regulatory requirements are constantly upgrading. Throughout the real estate management in management tools, information sharing, coordinated management of the "short board" are constantly emerging.More integrated management of the real estate business segment. Various types of property management at its core managed object is the Housing. If the business can be a unified real estate business management based on the house data, the various social attributes of housing are showed by a unified real estate table. Achieving business Information sharing, it certainly can greatly improve whole collaborative management capabilities of the property management department, so as to realize real estate management business process optimization and reengineering. Thus, by studying the integrated business management model in real estate, Constructing a unified Building Table and all categories of property management business process reengineering, and then building an integrated business management platform become very important and urgent.First, we integrated business management analysis of real estate status quo at home and abroad. By analyzing Guangzhou, Xiamen, Wenzhou city's real estate in integrated business management, we extract a set of properties to adapt to different cities, integrated business management model. Meanwhile, by the analysis of critical issues at integrated business management platform for real estate, emphasis on the building table data model, business process reengineering, control model of real estate business rules and other critical issues, we propose appropriate solutions.On this basis, after learning from various cities in real estate management information system construction experience, we have elaborated an integrated business management platform for real estate business model, and we design system from technical platform, software architecture, business data model, object design, workflow design, database design, interface design and security design etc. And we design real estate transaction subsystem from the use case view, logical view, dynamic view, key class diagrams, deployment view in detail.Throughout the course of the study, I personally went to Guangzhou, Xiamen, Wenzhou, field research to master the latest material about the development of I integrated real estate business management. I led the design of Integrated Business Management Platform business model, system architecture, data object model. completed the design of use case view, the key class diagram of a number of subsystems by using UML. Then I completed the database design of the system. At the same time, I also designed the transaction subsystem, market management subsystem, public housing management subsystem, termite control management subsystem and other subsystems in detail, guided the team to system development, testing and release.Finally, we have verified the platform in the actual project. System with good performance, through the pressure test, reached the design requirements. In the formal running period, System as a whole demonstrated a good safety and stability, the platform resolution has been verified in practice and improved.
