Development And Research Of IPP Integrated User Service Management System Based On WEB

Research on Web-based network management model has invited much attention and become the focus of researchers since its birth. It injects more vitality into the management of the complicated network environment and provides a more convenient network management system.This system integrates the widely used Web technology with network management technology by borrowing the network operation institution products in existence and taking the practical need of Gansu science and technology information net into consideration. It seeks to realize the self-management of authorized network users and their management atomization. In order to fulfill this function, some module, like domain name, virtual host configuration and user business management are added besides the network user management system products in existence. As a result, this system can undertake functions from domain name register, domain name resolution, mail configuration in domain name, virtual host configuration, authorized user accountant management to MIS business management. The perfect and integrated network management model has realized unity of network configuration management, user service management and MIS. This system effectively improves network managing ability and working efficiency and can better realized the purpose of user cross-platform self-managing network, which meets users' demands for service quality, time and efficiency, and to some extent ends the history of merely depending on manual operation to maintain and manage network.The thesis first introduces the research background, purpose, significance and the present research of the integrated user service management system situation home and abroad, on the basis of which the author argues the necessity and feasibility of researching and developing a set of WEB&IPP-based integrated user service management system. Then, the thesis proposes the designing ideas and system structure, and analyzes the key problems and properties of the system. Moreover, it analyzes the functions of the six subsystems, elaborates the designing ideas of each function module and discusses the technology during the realization of the system, such as data access technology, COM technology, ASP technology, PHP technology, Socket communication interface technology and LDAP directory service, etc. Lastly, the thesis summarizes the research and development of the system and looks forward to the future work.
