With a rapid progress of the computer and information technology, the information-based work of Ye Steel LTD., is regarded as a strategic keystone. They established the information boost strategy and set up computer network of the area of whole company, in detail, to manage the measurement data resources as a whole, they developed an automatically measurement data gathering system of weighing apparatus. Based on that system, this paper writes up the design project and correlative technology of the measurement data of cars weighing apparatus gathering system. The main concepts and key technologies are particularly introduced, including the RTU and NPORT5210 and the SOCKETS and multi-thread, and the general designs of hardware and software and the database of the gathering system are discussed here, the details of the project, including the RTU communication and NPORT data as well as the pictures gather. Finally, the project would be judged based on the testing results in three aspects, such as stability, accuracy and time delaying.This paper introduces a technology of the data of cars'weighing apparatus gathering system using CORE-MES as flat roof and ORACLE9I as database server and VISUAL STUDIO.NET 2005 as software tool. That project not only makes full use of the advantages of C#.NET in the circumstance of Win32, but takes full advantages of high security and high reliability and easy to centralized management and resources share and networks of ORACLE database based on client/server mode to make the system more flexible and open. The testing results indicate that this project is feasible and this system makes the remote multi-spot measurement without filedwork come true, it is available to control the signals of field equipment and clear the weighing apparatus by changing its circuit.
