| By way of analizing measure management system of Computerized Dynamic Orbital Weighing Apparatus, using windows operation system with graphic interface, using DELPHI7 and ORACLE as development tool, selecting the measure form of single-table steering frame, the followings have been introduced mainly ih the thesis: weighing sensor, mold/data converter, hardware and software systems. It summarizes the general characteristics of measure system and specific measures adopted in order to secure the accuracy of systems. It successfully adopts advanced digital collection system in the thesis, solves automatic collection and acknowledgement for coming information of automobiles, improves the stability and accuracy of the systems, this can provide steady basis for treating and managing measurement data scientifically and reasonably.
