Due to the huge economic interests,overloading in our country is very common.In addition,the development of the logistics industry in recent years has led to the development of the transportation industry,and the traffic volume in the transportation system has risen sharply.Faced with such a huge amount of traffic,China's vehicle overload testing station has been under tremendous pressure.Because in the static weighing of the traditional fixed station,the vehicle needs to be stopped for inspection when passing through the monitoring station.This method affects the normal traffic of the vehicle,the implementation cost is high,and it is faced with the problem of site selection and the like.The static weighing method can no longer meet the requirements of vehicle overload management.In order to achieve rapid detection of vehicle overload,China began to learn from foreign dynamic weighing techniques to manage overload.Vehicle dynamic weighing is a technology that collects and processes data such as vehicle weight,vehicle speed,wheelbase,and license plate in real time by installing sensors and cameras on roads.In order to carry out overload management,it will generally be supplemented with supporting LED information display function and background data processing management system.Since the vehicle passes through the monitoring point after this technology is adopted,it does not require parking and inspection,greatly improving the efficiency of overload management.When using the dynamic weighing method to control overload,the vehicle will not stop when passing the detection point,and the passing time is very short.The collection of vehicle data must be completed in a very short time.Embedded real-time systems have high real-time performance and can respond quickly to external incentives.This exactly meets the requirements of data acquisition and processing in vehicle dynamic weighing.At the same time,the embedded real-time system has the characteristics of small size and strong specificity.It can tailor the hardware according to specific task requirements to adapt to various scenarios.This paper mainly studies and designs an embedded real-time data acquisition and processing system in vehicle dynamic weighing,and completes the task of collection and processing of vehicle data.Data collection tasks of real-time embedded systems mainly come from two aspects.On the one hand,the system needs to collect sensor data about vehicle information such as vehicle weight,vehicle speed,and axle number.On the other hand,it is necessary to collect the pictures of the vehicles captured by the camera.These pictures can generate vehicle license plate information through digital image processing technology.After the system completes the data collection,the vehicle data is matched and stored in real time.The vehicle information is displayed on the LED display screen through the transmission interface,prompting the currently passing vehicle.At the same time,the information transmitted to the backstage information management system through Internet technology used for analysis and management.The system can collect and process the vehicle information at the monitoring point in real time,and generate vehicle driving records,and cooperate with the back-end vehicle information management system to effectively realize the vehicle overload problem.
