The issue of food, herbal medicines and other commodities safety has become one of the important topics of social concern. Since the intermediate links of such goods from the collection of raw materials production to final consumption becoming more and more, traceable of such commodities has become more and more important and corresponding traceability system has also been a rapid development. Howerer,the current traceability system also has some problems on security. The paper is to make improvements on traceability encryption and security transmission of traceability on the basis of the traditional traceability to ensure the safety of the traceability system. The main content of this paper is divided into:First, this paper proposes a RSA-DES hybrid encryption pattern to encryption the traceability code,which is key data of traceability system.The RSA-DES hybrid encryption mode is based on the parallel connection of RSA encryption and DES encryption algorithm. RSA asymmetric encryption algorithm to ensure the security of the encryption system. The effect of DES symmetric encryption on the consolidation and confusion of the encryption algorithm.Second, in the distribution of the key, this paper presents the transmission by PSAM card with high security performance. The PSAM card obtain the RSA public key and DES key from the serverthrough the card writing operation.The traceability code generated by the intelligent weighing instrument and the key which read from the PSAM card for hybrid encryption.with taking into account read and save of the ciphertext,we used two-dimensional form code to display the final ciphertext.Third,in the traceability data, in addition to the key traceability code, also has traceability information and the information quantity is big.We usually use the network to transmit the traceability data. The paper analyzes the security of network protocol, proposed the network transmission protocol using HTTPS in the application layer, to protect the security of traceability information in network in transmission.Fourth, in order to verify the performance of RSA-AES hybrid encryptionand and two-dimensional display, this paper constructed the intelligent weighing instrument. Add the data encryption, network communication and other functionsbased on traditional thermal printing on the weighing instrument. The results show that good encryption performance, network security is higher, the overall safety traceability systems guarantee.Data encryption and data protection is the focal point of this paper. While realizing the whole traceability system design, we used high security encryption structure in the traceability system framework. The main idea is that we use mixed encryption method to less information traceability code,and security network communication to the large amount of data source. After testing, the traceability system has a very high level of security; this paper has important practical value and practical significance to the design of the traceability system.
