Analysis And Design Of General Ledger Accounting System Of University

With the development of computer technology and the construction of college office automation, financial management becomes normalized and scientific, so it is very important to build a general ledger accounting system. The construction of a general ledger system can realize a financial management network, and develop a dynamic data center and financial management communication platform. This paper combines the development processes of financial manageent system, and presents the design and the realization of the financial information management.The paper aims to do research on General Ledger System of university with the JSP technology. This work is useful to financial management of university and gives a model of financial management. For real circumstances of university, this paper develops a general ledger system for university and puts this system on production. It is testified that this system normalized the salary management business and overcome some disadvantages such as uselessness. This paper describes the background of the construction of national college financial systems, and analyzes the university general ledger system model. At the same time it makes a three layers framework aiming at the university ledger system. The containment of the thesis is as follows:First, Elaborate the three layers system——the presentation layer, business logic layer and data storage layer. It proposes the idea of the overall design of the system, and gives the system security description, at the same time it proposes the technical difficulties that may arise in system design process, which has been analyzed.Second, Complete the detailed design of the functional modules of the general ledger accounting system. Firstly it proposes the design principle of strengthening internal controls. Then it gives a timing diagram of the organizational structure of the system and analyzes it. Finally, it gives the demand model, conceptual model, logical and physical model in the general ledger accounting system through the design of the data storage layer, and also describes the specific internal functions of the system.Fifthly, Give the overall design of the general ledger accounting system, analyze the functional requirements of the system, describe the concrete functions and the business processes of the system, use graph to express the critical business processes of the system, then build the system function modules, describe the constitution of basic data module, financial processing module, checkout processing module, query and print module, bank reconciliation module and financial analysis module.
