At present, remote monitoring technology has been gradually applied toall areas of the national economy, and has broad utility and commercial value.This topic comes from863projects "Construction Machinery remotemaintenance and monitoring system "funded by the Ministry of Science andTechnology. How the equipment data of construction machinery transfer tothe monitoring center in real time, reliable and efficient become a focus of thecontents of this paper.In the wireless transmission network, compared with the UDP and theTCP, the transmission efficiency and speed in the UDP protocol hasadvantages, but the UDP also has the reliable bad problem. Although, manyresearchers have realized some reliable transport protocols based on the UDP,such as the Reliable-UDP, REUDP and more. However, these protocols do notapply for the construction equipment remote monitoring. To this end, thispaper proposes an industry-level transport protocol which namedCMDTP(Construction Machinery Data Transport Protocols) and meets therequirements of the wireless transmission for the data of constructionmachinery. And on this basis, this paper implements a precise, intelligent andpractical remote monitoring system for construction machinery.The paper analyzes the UDP, TCP performance, and describes reliableand the highly effective principle of design which based UDP, and the paperfocuses on the research protocol for the design and implementation ofCMDTP, and carries on the related test to the protocol. For guarantee urgentdata transmission high timeliness, this paper takes graded buffer queue andpriority preemption. For sending data flexible and controllable on-demand,this paper introduced of the send buffer pool. For the protection of reliabletransmission of important discrete data, confirmed by single framemechanism, Q&A data transmission mechanism and the mechanism ofdouble-detection frame in this paper. For continuous data transfer reliably,this paper presents a “window shading” mechanism, and Implementedbreakpoint continuingly on this mechanism. Finally, to meet the requirementsof the remote large-scale monitoring, this paper uses the terminal redirection mechanism.From several different aspects, this paper does some experiments onCMDTP. The results verify that the CMDTP satisfies the remote wirelesstransmission request. Especially, for the transmission of the file data theprotocol ensure the reliability of transmission and improve the transmissionefficiency.Finally, this paper shows the precision, intelligence and practical remotemonitoring system of construction machinery by system implementation.
