In recent years, agricultural machinery industry has achieved rapid development, mechanization of agricultural machinery and our life is more and more closely, agricultural machinery mechanization will be sustained and rapid development. The existing traditional manual work having been gradually turned to modern agriculture of high yield and low consumption. However, the present stage of agricultural machinery and equipment level of information is low, it is faced with many practical problems, for example, for agricultural management personnel, three aspects of agricultural management personnel cannot effectively understand these three aspects, first, agricultural machinery operation statistics and billing, and the second, agricultural machinery of dynamic tracking management in the process of operation, third, agricultural machinery operation quality monitoring in the fields. Therefore, the current agricultural machinery service organization needs to solve the key problem is the integrated application of information technology, transforming traditional working mode, improving work efficiency and quality of agricultural machinery.This study proposes a solution system, and the integrated system can get timely and effective management of the scene of the agricultural machinery operation of all kinds of data, and it also has functions of agricultural machinery information collection, transmission, analysis, and access, it can real-time access to the site operation information of agricultural machinery vehicle operation terminal and the working condition of data from the sensors mounted on the agricultural machinery, this data is transmitted to a remote Server via GPRS wireless network, the Server storage and analysis of data from the remote vehicle terminal, moreover, the Server provides services in the form of B/S, these services include agricultural map location services and statistical analysis of job data, finally,the system to realize the effective management of agricultural cooperatives. This topic based on application requirements analysis which uses the Java language and ArcGIS Server development tools, etc, and combines ArcGIS JavaSrcipt API, Ajax, JSF and other key technology to design and realize farm machinery real-time tracking, historical trajectory playback, agricultural machinery operation task query, measurement of agricultural machinery operation task and agricultural machinery operation work. System through the functional testing, pressure testing and browser compatibility testing, and demonstrate the application of urban modern agriculture in Beijing SHUNYI WANMUFANG projects. System application is proved that the farm machinery remote monitoring service system based on WebGIS is feasible, and the key technology is advanced and effective, and can realize remote monitoring and effective management of agricultural machinery operation information.
