| The current global positioning system has been widely used in many areas of military and civilian. Objects location can be monitored by GPS technology, aslo it can communicate with objects through the unlimited mobile transmission technology to achieve the remote monitoring and scheduling command. In our many provinces GPS monitoring equipments and monitoring software have been installed in the taxi and bus companies for the monitoring and scheduling management on vehicles, it has achieved good economic results, aslo has played a big role on the security management, but GPS technology has just been on the initial stage in the applications of the logistical traffic area.This paper mainly discusses GPS global positioning technology, GPRS mobile communication technology and GIS geographic information system and the function logistical command Scheduling System which is formed of logistical system. At present GPS, GIS, GPRS / CDMA have already been the mature technology ,and we will combine them with the characteristics of logistics to put forward some new managing methods for logistics management, which will achieve logistical intelligent management, and reduce the logistics management and the resources waste in the operating process by the greatest extent, and create more economic interests for logistics enterprises, and offer better and more transparent logistical services for customers to promote the good cooperation relationship between customers and logistics companies, making them involve the process of the logistical transportation management.The article has detailed described the principles of system and the functions of each subsystems, and analyzes the parsing process of GPS communication services program .The systemic application and research will speed up the GPS using in the logistics and commerce. |
