| Since 21st century, mobile communication technology developed a lot. Smart phones and mobile internet created new custom and requirement for people. As a result, informatization and intelligentization of Logistics was created. Although started later than developed countries, modern logistics in China is developing and informationizing rapidly because of the development of e-business and express, especially on the delivery vehicles in cities.For delivery vehicles, according to the new energy vehicle policy of China, light delivery trucks are strongly required to be electrified. But as power batteries, application of lithium batteries raised the risk of security, and should be monitored severely. Therefore a lot of policy were published by central and local government to request electric vehicles fitted remote monitoring terminal.Existing remote monitoring terminal were mostly designed for buses and transport vehicles for dangerous goods, and will not suited for electric vehicles because of their design of function, security and EMC. It is necessary to design a new type of remote monitoring terminal for electric vehicles.This dissertation introduced a new design of remote monitoring terminal, aimed to the requirement and challenge on light electric trucks. It integrated the technologies of GPRS, CAN bus, BeiDou & GPS dual modes positioning, to realize the function of positioning, remote data exchanging and monitoring of vehicle CAN buses. The software of the terminal is designed with state machine and interrupt functions, to realize the parallel communication with data buses and improve the real-time performance. This dissertation introduced the realization of hardware and software, tests of function and performance, SOP and mass application of the terminal by sections. |
