Based On Gps / Gprs Vehicle Monitoring Terminal

The rapid development of urban areas raises a higher and more specific requirement for urban sanitary and sanitary management. For example, the working track and working condition of construction waste vehicles monitoring (vehicle ignition or stall, carriage raising, carriage dropping, lid opening, lid closing), as well as emergency dispatch and management. This article has designed a terminal for vehicle location getting, status collecting and information transferring, in order to monitor and control the construction waste vehicles. This article has combined the control technique of GPS, GPRS and MCU, and realized the control to the construction waste vehicles by using GPS to get location information, MCU to control the status information and GPRS to transfer them.This article includes six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the subject source and current situation of onboard monitor system technology. Chapter 2 is about the corn technology of onboard monitor terminal, and researches mainly about GPS NMEA-0183 protocol, as well as GSM message encoding and decoding. Chapter 3 illustrates the system design proposal which is mainly about data collecting methods and data communication protocol of onboard monitor terminal. Chapter 4 disscusses hardware design and accomplishment of the system, especially designs for the power module and the control unit peripheral circuit. Chapter 5 indicates software design and accomplishement of the system which mainly shows serial port interrupt, timer interrupt, GPS data collection, message encoding, decoding, sending and receiving, and message sending by TCP. Chapter 6 demonstrates the system debugging and testing, the problems during the process and its improvement solutions.Theoretical researches and practice about onboard monitor terminal technology provide experience and technological reserve for further reserches.
