The Control System Of The Wheel's Fluctuation Measuring Machinary Design Based On DSP

This thesis detaiedly introduced the principle of every part . And it also gives out the the analyse of the fluctuation data. This thesis adopts the mature technology, which obviously shorten the exploiture period ,high integration, easy to operate, and with great efficiency .The system adopts the TMS320LF2407A as the core controller .The motor drive the measuring plant's 2D movement by programming the DSP chip. The DSP can be as the individual controller, also be as the secondary controller via serial communication by the upper computer. By using precise sensor, the error is under 0.5μm. With pressure feedback can the first pressure be ensured. Using coder as the feedback, can counter be correct. This project already consigned to the customer, achieve ideal target and run safely.
