Along with the development of data-traffic operation,the setting of data-traffic net and the increasing of fault report, the old method not only increased the workload ,but also decreased the response.If we update all of the hardware of telecom, it will cost hundreds of millions. How to deal with this is still a problem, and it now is lack of research.By the existing telecommunications hardware and needs of the environment, the topics analyzes the deficiencies of various types of telecommunications test method, and then bring forward the four-dimensional robot based on stepping motor. This method makes telecommunications test fully automated operation, without human intervention, can greatly enhance the efficiency and failure to significantly reduce response time. Robot controlls the Step-by-step motor moving X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, rotating the four direction of movement, through video positioning technology and the stepper motor, makes the robot to quickly and accurately find the appropriate module.This innovation is on the subject:1.
