It is inevitable that analog television signal will transition to digital television signal withthe technology developing. Many countries for example America,Japan instituted the standardof DTV.The paper brings out a new project of the ATSC System television's mainboard compatiblebetween Analog and Digital Signal based on I~2C bus starting with the ATSC Standard's systemconfiguration,video Encode,Audio Encode and transmission system.1,The paper introduces a RTOS application named HI7700/4 which is based onthe newμITRON 4.0 specification after describing DTV_SX+DVP_C3 project.2,The paper points out the important significance of the project starting from thehistory and development of DTV. It detailedly introduces the DTV_SX project including its corepart-the chip R8A66953FP and IF module and the DVP_C3 project including its core part-thechip DVP_C3 of the Japanese Resenas Corp.. It lists the picture of IF module and I~2C busconnecting.3,Starting with the basic principle, this paper both introduces principles and debugs manytimes during the procedure being implemented. The hardware and software can be combinedvery good and the function can be implemented at last.4,We can see the final menu display and the the remote device. The LCD Screen's image isdisplayed very good. The television is manipulated simple and convenience. The user cancomplete the all operations with only a remote device not differentiating analog signal anddigital signal.
