The digital television terrestrial broadcasting system is important constituent in the broadcasting television system . It is important part of our country coverage networks. It mutually coordinates together with the satellite digital television broadcasting system and the digital CATV as well as other servo systems to cover all the audiences. It is the national interest performance that the formulation of digital television terrestrial broadcast standard has the proprietary intellectual property rights, can promote the development of our country television industry.At present, in the world had three kind of digital television terrestrial broadcasting transmission standard :(1) Using 8VSB the modulation the American High-quality System Committee the ATSC standard;(2) Using code Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (COFDM) the European digital video broadcasting organization the DVB-T standard;(3) Using banding segmented transmission Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (BST-OFDM) Japanese NHK the ISDB-T standard. In three standards, ATSC is the single carrier transmission system, It is easy to support the fixed receiving, its peak average value quite being small. DVB-T and ISDB-T are the multi-carrier transmission systems, They are easy to support the fixed receiving and the motion receiving. ISDB-T is the Japanese digital TV terrestrial broadcasting transmission standard, having made the part improvement to DVB-T, not only supporting fixed receiving and the motion receiving well, but also supporting the synthesis service data broadcasting in a certain extent. The ASTC standard designed for the fixed receiving. For pursuing the high frequency spectrum use factor, its channel estimated and balanced is very difficult to track on the time-variable channel. The ASTC standard can not support the motion receive; DVB-T can support the motion receiving, the shortcoming is the signal re-entry synchronizing time being long, it has certain degree influence to the motion the receiving.Our country is the great nation of the television expense and production.
