The Research And Application Of Combining GMP&GSP With DCM

With the further enhancement of economic globalization in 21 century, there is stronger competition among enterprises, and management focus of enterprise has been removed to Demand Chain Management (DCM) and the transaction cooperation of enterprises, furthermore, to approach the goal of whole operation. The DCM means "the change with demand and service on demand", and enterprises make full use of DCM's advantages in order to improve their inner management and outer management, master the change of demand. Meantime, the authentication of GMP and GSP in our medicine enterprises need to normal management from production to market as well as the control of medicine in production and management. To combine GMP and GSP with DCM will improve information management of medicine enterprises, and will be a necessary choice in market competition of rapid change. In this thesis, we explore the combination of GMP and GSP with DCM, and our work is helpful to integrate and use the demand chain resource of client, and give the respond to the market rapidly and obtain the advantages of competition.The contens in this thesis is follows:Firstly, the problem of corporation management and collaboration is introduced. Then, this paper introduces the origin, concept and development of DCM and discusses the basic theory.Secondly, to solve the problem of the standardized management of logistics involved in production and sale of corporations, a DCM system architecture is proposed based on the three layers (strategy planning layer, tactic planning layer and logistical operation layer), and to describe modules classification of layersof this system and the relationship of layers.Thirdly, according to the certification, we introduced the origin, content and effects of GMP and GSP, and analyses the relationship of those rules and enterprises' self-rules and the relationship of those rules and layers based on logistical operation of DCM system, and discusses the combination of GSP, GMP rules and modules about purchase, production, test, sales and transportation of logistical operation layer of supply chains system. And the processing and the functions are given.Finally, the author analyses and designs the GMP and GSP management of test and production by UML. And structure of some tables and implements are given.
