Analysis And Design Of Forestry Resources Management Information System Of WuMa He Bureau

Heilongjiang WuMa He Forestry Bureau is the pilot enterprise of the first batch about institutional reform. This bureau has good information-based foundation, On the basis on the main data of the resource map of this region, combined with the natural situation and managing history, this paper has made this bureau the object investigated and designed the information system of forestry resource management of WuMa He forestry bureau based on combined system using GIS. The system use spatial database model to organize the data, store the vector data, grid data and attribute data into the database together, found indices of the spatial data to advance the query and retrieval effectiveness, and finally establish the real seamless spatial database. At last, this paper uses MAPGIS6.6 as the platform to realize the managing system of WuMa He Bureau. Combined with the institutional reform of forestry property on the course, this paper has used Web mode to realize the information-based management of the circulation of forestry property and the official automation.During this research of the design of the forestry resource managing system, this paper has analyzed the omnipresent problems existed in the operation of the system using the idea of managing study and has also given the corresponding guarantee measure to provide experience and reference to the analysis of the system. During the course of analysis, the author has made further discussion with the users of the system about the reform of the managing process and has got scientific and practical information-based management process to make steady base for the development, operation and popularity of the system.Through the analysis and design of the forestry resource, circulation of the forestry property and official automation, this paper has given the scheme of the digitalization of the data management of the forestry resource and the information-based management of the forestry property of WuMa He forestry bureau to provide important theory and operation significance for the forestry resource management and reform of forestry property system.
