In the system design phase, this paper introduces the technical route system construction, system function structure design and forest management processes; through the design of class and timing diagrams described the detailed design of the system and introduced the system database design. In system implementation stage, described the system implementation function, and displayed the system function to realize the code; System testing stage described the system function test cases and finally summarized the work on this article.According to the demand for system analysis, system decided to adopt B/S structure mode. Using the JAVA language, the JSP technology and the advanced J2EE technology, using the information technology management, the B/S structure mode improve the knowledge management level of service and to establish a fast reaction mechanism in Forestry Administration.
