In today’s society, information has become the most important production factor in addition tonatural resources, capital and labor. Informatization has become the trend of world economic and social development, and the informatization level is an important indicator to measure the level of modernization of a country and area. Informatization is an important breakthrough of modern forestry construction, so it will be impossible to have the true sense of the modernforestry without informatization. Therefore, the forestry informatization has become an important part of modern forestry construction, an important means to promote the forestry of the scientific concept of development, but also the relationship between forestry work of strategic initiatives and urgent.Based on many documents about forest informatization, forest resources monitoring, information system coordination and related disciplines, from the existing domestic and international achievement of forest resources monitoring, Combinating the digital forestry,forest resources monitoring, information science and other related theories of cooperative, aiming at the problems of the present forest resources monitoring technology system of forestry in the process of informatization is not unified, informatization level is low and the collaborative platform construction is not perfect etc., this paper expounds the necessaries of forestry information intergration and coordination, discusses the principle of the key technology of the integration(Including standard integration, database integration, service integration, network integration, knowledge integration, organization and personnel integration, process integration) and collaboration, adopts the method of conparing and intergration etc., analyzes systematically the problem of the information design in the forest resources monitoring project, and it contains forest management inventory etc..The results are as follows:(1)It.puts forward the concept of collaborative cross network, cross system, cross system and cross post professional collaborative, cross flow of collaborative and interdisciplinary history cooperative.(2)It designs the overall framework of the collaborative platform platform of forest resources monitoring. It contains serving and patrol platform, interior work platform, process management platform, production platform of space database and center for GIS system platform.(3)It realizes EpsFmOffice system platform based on EpsOffice and verify its feasibility.(4)Based on the above technologies, this papersystematically analyzes the content and process of the business management of forest resources and the key technology related to the system, such as inspect the update integration technology, design process control and process system design. Besides, it also bulids a collaborative management platform of management and resource monitoringsystem and achieves management of forest resource management and protectioncoordination.The innovations of this paper include:l.put the essence of Information is pragmatism all records.Information = event recording +worker record+process record+space-time record + achievement record.2.Proposed G&O forestry information system.With the core of GIS(G), with OA as the main line (O) network collaborative, adapt to changes of cooperative project management system, realize the whole process, full service coverage.3.Realize a cross network collaborative technology.Put forward "the system swap" across the network cooperative scheme, and gives out the implementation program.4.Given the integration and coordination of specific methods.Standard forward integration, should also be extended method includes the data dictionary, data standard; The database integration, including the integration of GIS library, OA library and OA/GIS library.
