Energy-saving AC induction motor adjusting-speed experiment system is a newly experimental System. It has been greatly improved at structure. Normal motor-generator is changed into two motors at the same shaft and the two inverters are parallel at DC bus. Then the output of variable frequency current drives the two motors separately. Two inverters can be controlled by means of difference frequency. The advantage of this experiment system is not only in the change of structure, but more important is that the function index, control feature are much more improved, especially for its characteristic of economical energy. This article is founded on the newly adjusting-speed experiment System. The whole system, which adopts DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as control core, IPM(Intelligence Power Module) as inverter component and combines with SVPWM technology, is built and realized.This system, on the hardware, has selected the computer as control platform, which has two mainly duty: selecting the slip-frequency control style and setting motor parameter (frequency value),take DSP+IPM as control core, which makes up of AC-DC-AC voltage source inverter and main control circuit, drive directly motors. The computer and DSP are connected by serial port. On the software, there are two parts: computer monitor surface program and DSP program. The surface program and serial communication are designed by VB6.0, and adopts CCS2.0 as tool, the DSP program was designed with C and compile.This system has many advantages: the hardware simply, the contact surface friendly, the measuring is accurate and so on. According to the test, the system not only realized constant torque load testing, motor merchanisic characeteristic testing, four-quadrant testing and so on, but also owned specially energy saving performance, which has laid the foundation to the later further research of the system.
