Brushless DC motor(Brushless DC Motor,hereinafter referred to as BLDCM)with its features of simple structure,wide range of speed,torque,low noise,high reliability and good performance are widely used in modern industrial automation,aerospace and other fields,brushless DC motor control system steady,fast characteristics become researchers unremitting pursuit the target.This paper combined with the research literature at home and abroad on the brushless DC motor,brushless DC motor process and research status quo of development from the aspects of the research object is introduced;its mechanical structure,motion principle,SVPWM is used to control the establishment of Brushless DC motor control system.This paper combined with the research literature at home and abroad on the brushless DC motor,brushless DC motor process and research status quo of development from the aspects of the research object is introduced;its mechanical structure,motion principle,SVPWM is used to control the establishment of Brushless DC motor control system.On the basis of the above theory,the experimental platform of Brushless DC motor is built.The experimental platform consists of motor control circuit and drive circuit,using ARM series COTEX-M3 chip as the main control chip of the control system,drive circuit adopts N+N structure with F540 NS type MOSFET,with IR2101 as the MOSFET driver.This paper focuses on the use of sine wave SVPWM control mode,the "three resistance sampling method" with the Holzer sensor to achieve control system PID current loop and speed loop double closed loop.The nonlinear parameters in the process of movement of motor body with study,control algorithm of the real-time regulation of PID parameters according to the controlled object parameter,so as to realize the control of Brushless DC motor is stable,fast and accurate.Finally through the test platform,this paper verifies the design of Brushless DC motor control system is scientific and reasonable,the motor control can achieve the control performance is stable,fast and accurate,to achieve the desired design requirements.
