| With the fast development of power electronics, control theory, Alternating Current Servo System has got more and more concerns. With the extensive application of Digital Signal Processor (DSP), many advanced control algorithms are able to be realized, so digital AC servo system becomes hot topic now.Electric actuator plays an important role in modern automatic production process. Intelligent electric actuator, which is embedded by advanced micro-controllers, can make complicated servo control easy to realize. It also has functions including self-diagnosis and protection, convenient parameter setting, online display, etc.This paper presents the design of control system of the intelligent electric actuator based on Alternating Current Asynchronous Motor, and its main contents are as follows:The structure of Asynchronous Motor is studied; the mathematic model of Asynchronous Motor is established according to coordinate transformation. Then, the theory of vector control is introduced,this paper adopted the technology of Space-Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM), and the SVPWM algorithm based on continuous switching mode is discussed.Then this paper gives out the construction of the three-loop control system,the hardware design of Servo System based on Texas Instrument TMS320LF2407A and IPM in detail.At last the software of Servo System is designed based on C language. The flow chart of software is given. The experimental results based on the design of hardware and software shows the correction and feasibility of the design. |
