The Competition Of The Information Resource Sharing And Sustainable Development

Information resources sharing ( IRS, for short ) is a hot academic field in theoretical research, through researches of many years, some excellent achievements have been made. At present, in our country the modes of information resources sharing has been influences of planned economy. Along with the developments of social levels of information resources utilizations and demands, the arrival of knowledge economy, and the improvements in socialistic market economy, the previously exist information resources modes have revealed many shortcomings. Under such sharing modes, most information resources sharing systems are out of proportion to the various resources than that have thrown into, the majority of information resources sharing systems are inefficient and unable realize sustainable development .In the light of the problems existing in the development of information resources sharing today in our country, this paper put forward that market mechanism should be drawn into information resources sharing, by market competition, to realize the sustainable development of information resources sharing. This paper is composed of five chief parts, as it follows:At the very beginning, this paper laid out the historical evolution of information resources sharing, summarized the main achievements in information resources sharing theory, and point out its shortages. It also presented that market mechanism should be drawn into information resources sharing, so as to realize the sustainable development of information resources sharing.Section two presented that information resources sharing plays very important role in the sustainable strategy, pointed out that information resources is the impetus and guarantees of social sustainable development.Section three expounded that market competition play significant role in the information resources sharing, laid out that we must use market mechanism guide information resources sharing. This part discussed that through the market competition, realize the strong person survival and the weak die out, information resource sharing can achieve sustainable development,so as to provide powerful guarantee to the society development.At last, the thesis put forward five proposals to uses market mechanism guidance information resource sharing.
