Constant pressure water supply is a very important link in automatic monitoring system of water works. Because of the uncertainty of using water, the system is quite time-variant, non-linear, time-delay. At present, lots of medium-and-small-sized water works also use manual or semiautomatic operation in the process of constant pressure water supply; therefore, the automatization is poor on a whole.The paper is based on the constant pressure water supply equipment in the railway of Jia Gedaqi city, and designs a computer real time monitoring system. The monitoring system has three layers: field instrument layer, hypogynous-machine control station and host operation station. With panasonic PLC (Program Logic Control), field control valve and field instrument, the locale instrument layer and hypogynous-machine control station are to accomplish data acquisition and field control. The host operation station, which is made up of IPC(Industry Personal Computer ), Suwayland Forcecontrol configure software and data base, is used to monitor information of the whole producing system. This monitoring system has fine HMI (Human Machine Interface), simple and convenient operation, and is reliable, stable and easy to be extended. It not only reflects industry control parameter in a direct and vivid way, but also provides a realization platform for the research on different control plan and arithmetic. The whole monitoring system shares information through industry Ethernet.On the control arithmetic, the paper mainly discusses constant pressure control strategy in the process of water supply, and general analyzes the pressure change characteristics and control difficulties. The paper references a lot of Chinese and foreign literature and combines practical control requirements, and conducts theoretical study and project design on computer controlled constant pressure water supply system. The paper combines general control with fuzzy control, and brings forward an intelligent complex control scheme, and gives a detailed analysis approach and control arithmetic. This thesis compares general control with fuzzy control and analyzes them with matlab (matrix laboratory), and then applies this controller to the constant pressure water supply control, and achieves ideal control effect.The experiments show that the control system operates steadily and has high functional reliability, and the algorithm does not need the accurate mathematical model of the object and has good flexibility, operational capability and high robustness. At the same time, this control method has good reference value to the control of other objects with big delay and uncertain characteristic parameters.
