| Our society is transferring from planned economy to market economy now. Inthis context, both of the enterprise and the archives management of enterprise havegreat changes. And the impulsion from the third wave of science and technologyespecially the fast development of computer's network technology accelerate thechanges. With the establishing of modern corporation system in the socialist marketeconomy, changes of the enterprise are mostly from management system and pattern.Along with these changes, the archives work, which is regarded as the guarantee ofthe corporation's administration function, must be encountered impulsion andinnovation as well to adapt to the work of corporate management. The traditionalarchives management system and pattern of the corporation already can't adapt to thenew situation of business. So the archives management that escapes from practicaldemand of the enterprise needs to carry on the reform and development. Only thearchives management which make business practice come up to management canadapt to the requests of the days which develops quickly nowadays. At the same time,the enterprise archives management is also impacted by numeral, the network and themethods and measures of archives management arose from the documents' life cycletheories, and gets tremendous development.Management system is the institution and system concerned about rightscompartmentalization and functions running, which are the central problems in it.Management pattern means the standard sample of management activity, includingthe basic thought and style of management.
