| The transportation network,which is an important part for theconstruction and maintenance of the communication network, is the nerveand support network of the Telephone Network, Data CommunicationNetwork, Intelligence Network, and all kinds of new communicationbusinesses. The maintenance of the network is carried out chiefly throughthe net management system. Although the net management system of allthe manufacturers can make good management for their equipments, atthe request of the realization of making unified control of the wholenetwork maintenances, it is hardly possible to so many net managementsystems especially with the requirement by ZJunicom for intergrated-typemaintemance system of intergrated maintemance,management andoperation, manufacturers fail to fulfil the above requirements.They lack amacrocontrol and data analysis for the whole network resources, network topology and network failure. They also lack means and macrocontrol foreffective distribution of the whole network resources.Based on an analysis of the present transport network situation andthe requirements for manternance by ZJunicom,and management meansby every manufacturers,and including the present managerment patternsfor intergrated monito,intergrated manternance,intergrated managementby Zhejiang Provincial Transport Management Cernter, this paperprevents a general frame of the transport synthesis management systemsuitable for ZheJiang Unicom. And the author has made a design for thefunction and construction plan according to the requirements. The paperlays special emphasis on the presentation of the realization principles andmethords of some function modules. The system introduced above adoptsthe technology of CORBA interface, combination with J2EE messagealignment, XML technology to collect alarm data, and complete thedevelopment for corresponding functions through the layer of the dataapplication. |
